What each status actually means

Collected from the shipper and scanned in at our Dhaka facility. The airway bill is now live.

Out for delivery

Delivered
Handed over and signed for. Proof of delivery is available on request from the operations desk.
Common questions
For anything unusual — a held shipment, a customs query, a re-delivery — call the hotline on +88 01552 307964.

The airway bill goes live as soon as the shipment is scanned in at our facility — usually within a couple of hours of pickup. Until then the number will not return a result.

Not necessarily. Shipments awaiting a flight or held for customs examination can sit on the same scan for a while. If it has been longer than 48 hours, contact the operations desk and we will chase it directly with the gateway.
